Senior Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define a clear sales strategy and structure to identify new opportunities and ensure pipeline is sufficient to over-achieve on quota
  • Work closely with our marketing and business development team, contributing to a closely aligned and integrated sales & marketing GTM strategy
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in target accounts via phone, email and in person at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion
  • Build strong relationships across organisational levels and functions to grow and scale opportunities
  • Engage with targeted prospects to identify broken business processes and position Allsorter.com’s unique ability to solve the problem
  • Build and defend Allsorter.com’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating complex prospect environments to align the prospect around the Allsorter.com solution
  • Be metric-driven with weekly reporting on sales activities, results vs. forecasts and customer feedback to senior management
  • Work with our customer success team to ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Willing to travel as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years’ experience closing enterprise software accounts
  • SAAS selling experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Hubspot, other CRM systems, MS Office, Slack, Tableau
  • Perfect presentation skills both digitally and in-person
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand, navigate and build relationships through complex enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of recruitment industry a plus.
